As a chocolate sommelier, my mission is to grow the ranks of fine chocolate supporters through engaging storytelling, video training, and collaboration with chocolate industry professionals. I’ve been a speaker at several chocolate festivals, such as the Dallas Chocolate Festival, the DC Chocolate Festival, and the Fine Chocolate Industry Association.
