17 Rocks Chocolates is an independent bean to bar chocolate maker. We manufacture single-origin cacao beans from Papua New Guinea and are located at 17 Mile Rocks, Queensland, Australia.
We ethically source our cacao beans from the volcanic valleys of northern Papua New Guinea and using traditional techniques, we preserve the rich nutritional value and full flavour the cacao bean. Additionally, you won't find any nasty preservatives or additives as we only use natural flavours, such as freeze dried fruits, roasted nuts and spices.
At 9th & Larkin, we make bean-to-bar chocolate in small batch from high quality ingredients. Try our dark chocolates to experience cacao in its finest flavors.
