Ingredients
250gms devils cake mix
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup coffee-flavored liqueur
¼ hazelnut liqueur
½ c vegetable oil
1 ¼ cup bitter chocolate chips
¼ c butter
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
½ c bitter cocoa powder
1 ¼ tsp. Vanilla extract
½ cup Irish cream liqueur
Method of preparation
- Mix together cake mix, eggs, sour cream, coffee liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, and oil. Whisk until smooth. Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Into the greased and floured pans, pour the batter, and wait until it’s completely cool to frost.
- Cream the butter. Add ¼ of the sugar, whisk well. Add the cocoa and vanilla essence.
- It can stay for more than 2 days without spoiling when frozen.
